Baby birds with feathers by themselves can be assisted out of roadways and directly out of harms way by moving them to a bush or small tree. Do not remove them from the area - mom and dad are taking care of them!
Baby birds who do not have any feathers should be returned back to the nest if possible. If not possible, select a wildlife rehab below.
