Privacy policy

We will not sell or otherwise give away your information collected on our adoption or surrender forms without your express permission under any circumstance, for any reason. Ever.

The only thing we use your information for is to reach out and either ask questions about animals surrendered, or to carry out duties directly relating to the animals in our care.

In terms of information collected for volunteers and adopting families, we use it to look into who you are, but even if we decide we’re not a great fit, we’ll never share that information with anyone.

Liability waivers serve to protect the rescue from lawsuits. Those would only be used in the event someone tried to sue us. We would share those forms with our attorneys and the courts to protect the rescue.

We will never do anything shady with your information. Of that, on the lives of the birds in our care, you have our word.
